Installing the Remote Support tool on Windows is fairly straight forward and only requires you to fill in the boxes, Click Download and then run the resulting file. On an Apple Mac there are a lot more security features that will need to be overcome...

Step 1
Visit https://help.e-epos.com
either Press 'Build Installer' if you are happy for us to have control not just this session, but also in the future.
OR Click 'Start a New Session' if you are being guided through this as a one off installation.

Step 2
In the case of 'Build Installer' Click where it says 'Use Machine Name' and change this to 'Use Sepecific Value'. Complete the Boxes ensuring the Type Option is set to 'Mac OS (X)' and press Download.

In the Case of 'Start a New Session', Fill in your name and press Start Session

Step 3
Launch the downloaded PKG file. This can be found in the Finder under Downloads, and will usually be flashing at the top of the Download Folder Icon. Once the Application is launched, you may see a window saying the 'App is downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?' - You will need to press Open to this.

Step 4
Open the Apple menu in the top-left of the screen and select 'System Preferences...'. From here open 'Security & Privacy'
